Effective Immediately

CANCELLATION POLICY   Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (by calling 715-859-6228 during normal business hours) or customer will be charged full fare.  No shows will also be charged full fare.  Payment will be collected by credit card or check / cash.  Non-payment will result in denial of future boarding.

A voucher valid for one year may be issued if a shuttle is missed due to weather or airline delays.  Vouchers are non-transferable. No cash refunds.
