CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (by calling 715-859-6228 during normal business hours) or customer will be charged full fare. No shows will also be charged full fare.

Groups requesting transportation at times other than normally scheduled times will be charged an additional $100 for charter service per trip.

PET POLICY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Rice Lake Shuttle Service requires all pets to be kenneled and accompanied by a passenger. We require a $25 deposit for your animal in addition to the regular service fee of $10 for a small kennel or $15 for a large kennel. If your pet remains kenneled and on the floor, (not in your lap) during the trip you will receive your deposit back. If the animal is removed from the kennel at any time during the trip you will forfeit your deposit. We are implementing this policy for the safety and consideration of all our passengers. Thank you for your cooperation.
